Description:
Packaging is carried out with the help of packaging equipment that provides a rotation speed of the platform up to 12 rpm (semi-automatic) inclusive. In these pallet wrappers, stretch film stretching is achieved by the difference in the feed rates of the film from the carriage and the rotation speed of the platform (passive stretching) or with pre-stretching of the initial level (up to 220%, depending on the thickness of the stretch film).

Description:
The formulation makes it possible to achieve stable operation of this brand in aggressive operating conditions (high packing speed, protruding sharp corners of the pallet). An innovative stretch film designed for group packaging of goods on a pallet for further transportation using packaging equipment with a rotation speed of the manipulator up to 72 rpm and a high level of pre-stretching. When operating at frequencies above 40 rpm, the working prestretching decreases in proportion to the speed.
It is characterized by increased puncture resistance, as well as high tensile strength, which provides an advantage in comparison with basic brands to shifts of group packaging during transportation. It is recommended for packing heavy loads, as well as for switching from basic and universal stretch films to a stretch film of smaller thickness.
Recommended use:
For palletizers with prestretch up to 380% and rotation speed up to 72 rpm. Increased puncture resistance and high load holding force. Possibility of use at low temperatures.
